QUICK START

First time only
Slide the battery out, peel off the insulation sticker, then slide it back in until it clicks.
2
Turn it on
Hold the Power button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep.
3
Self-check
It runs a 5-second self-check. Do not breathe from it during the check.
4
Set your flow
Press + or −. Use only the setting your doctor prescribed.
5
Breathe
Connect the cannula to the oxygen outlet, put the prongs in your nose, and breathe normally.
6
When the battery runs low
Replace the battery, or leave it installed and plug WeOxy into a wall outlet.
GOOD SIGN
The green light flashes each time you breathe — that means oxygen is being delivered.
TURN IT OFF
Hold the Power button for 3 seconds until the screen goes dark.
SAFETY
Use only your prescribed setting. Keep away from heat, fire, and water, and never block the vents.

Warranty questions, answered
How long does the replacement take?
Once your RMA is approved, a tested replacement unit ships the same or next business day — you are not waiting in a repair queue.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. We provide a prepaid label for the return, and cover shipping on the replacement unit both ways.
Does the warranty transfer?
Coverage stays with the registered device for the remainder of its term when ownership changes within an approved DME program.
What voids the warranty?
Accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, and the use of non-approved batteries or accessories are not covered and may void coverage.
